All new and shiny, sad to see you selling it. That Sth-facing shoreline that you live near is my favorite part of the hill. I lived on Barkentine Rd 20yrs ago --Selling instead of renting is one of my biggest regrets.

Barkentine definitely has some nice houses, and yes the view off of PV is second to none imo.

The view is tough to beat, I grew up near Lunada Bay. Saving to return was a priority when I was out on my own.
