sonar/gps combo help - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Just installed lowrance elite4 combo.I have no previous experience with inputing Gps location inputing.I have a map that shows various reefs and wrecks withgps numbers.want to input some into Gps.when I go to input numbers my Gps asks for 7 numbers the Gps the map I'm using showes 6 numbers.examples.Gps 33-34-000 map 33-34-55 should I enter a 0 infringe of the 55 to enter the way point.example.33-34-055. Any input is appreciated

you need to convert to degrees, mins, seconds
