Sugar is the highly addictive ingredient that has been added to almost every item of processed food in the supermarkets. Too much of anything is bad, but salt and fat are essentials, that have been given a bad reputation.

The more natural, the better. The less processed foods are, the better.

Tried everything salmon peach and rainbow power bait
Slow death night crawler rig, slow troll along with Thomas Boyant hookup baits and broken back rapala fire🔥 tiger 🐅 not even a bite.
Water came all the way up dam completely full water temp 62? better luck next time ⏲️
Not like the old days when I had my limit by 9am

Wish🤞 they would start stocking the back of the lake instead of the launching ramp....trout can be seen from the dock and tons of people trying to catch them.
But they are not in your way when you load your boat up
