Directions to The Battle of the Bays Tournament

Below is the view looking towards the entrance to King Harbor this afternoon when I dropped off the Swordfish for tomorrows lunch. Its such a beautiful facility. Directions from the 405 San Diego Freeway are printed below… From the 405 Freeway get off at Inglewood Ave. and go south to 190th St. At 190th St. go west (right turn) to Harbor Drive. (190th turns into Anita St. at Ripley Ave. then becomes Herondo St. at the signal at PCH.) Herondo/190th dead-ends at Harbor Drive. Go left and immediately in just a few yards at the first traffic light make a right turn onto Yacht Club Way. When you enter Yacht Club Way off of Harbor Drive, the Charthouse Restaurant and an apartment building will be in front of you, bear left thru the guard gate into the King Harbor marina. At the first T in the road go right. Stay on this road with the boats in the marina on your left side until you enter the King Harbor Yacht Club parking lot. The launch is to the right of the main building so park accordingly. The lot is big and should hold about 100 cars. Small kayak trailers should be no problem to park. Below is also a map and two alternate routes.
