Knots
Question of the day. I was at work Today and a couple of guys started talking about what knots they use and why they were better.
Question is what knots and top shot do you use for the following Live bait with and without stinger Trolling Swim bait Yoyo Irons Braid to floro. Thanks. |

Live bait - Uni (with a tiny bit of slack in the loop)
Trolling - Uni Swim bait - Uni (with some slack in the loop) Yoyo - Uni (cinched up to the split ring) Irons - Uni (cinched up to the split ring) Braid to floro. - Double Uni, sometimes I'll use a swivel instead. Mostly because I can tie a Uni with my eyes closed just by feel, I can tie them quick, and I've never had a knot failure. ... ... and because a well-tied Uni is simply a good-looking knot. |
