Irvine Lake 5-2
Tried to catch trout ....but didn't even got single bite
At 10AM gave up trout fishing then changed to catfish (just in case I alway bring heavy rod and reals inside my FnD) Went deep inside of catfish tree area 3 bites... land two lost really big one(broke my 20lb spectra.....) No trout but got 10 and 2lb catfish.....at least got fish for dinner |

YEEAAHHH DUUDE!!!!!! Well looks like we gonna have to start up the ol irvine catfishn camp'n trips again!!! Nice fish...!

Nice cats, I was at Irvine Lake also today but not in my yak, won a free motor boat at the W.O.N. trout tourmanent on April 14. We wasted the morning trolling the entire lake for nothing but after lunch we switched to Power Bait and put one limit in the boat.

Doesn't it get tiring sitting in one spot for cats? I did it a few times couple of years ago but kinda wanna do it again...
