Newport bait barge coming back
Just saw on FB this morning a photo from Balboa pier of the bait barge being brought back towards the harbor

Yeah saw a guy posting on facebook fishing from the docks and caught a few barracuda. I'm eager for the bonito to come around. They're so much fun on light tackle!
