the Rack

Fishing is good.(ask Gabe)
How's that for a report?

So, what to do when Life throws you alittle WSB?
Try this.

I try and use the freshest ingredients I can find. A garden helps.

Dill, Bitter Greek Greens, Rosemary, Thyme and Lemons.

Finely chop herbs, garlic, lemon zest. Add sea salt and coarse black pepper. Mix in cold-pressed olive oil until pasty. Rub on with hands.

Grill and bake since the wsb are mighty fat.

Rack of White Sea Bass over Greek Greens bathed in Olive Oil-Lemon basting sauce.

Thanks for sharing Gabe!
Whizz Bang, add good crumbled feta on top!

I dont really give a shit about the fish reports, people would realize the coastal exotics arn't really that exotic if they just went fishing all year.

But Holy Shit Yani your food porn is freakin incredible......

I'll tell you what I would demand if I ever share fillets with that guy...

Section 1A.24. All fish donated must be sampled immediately to ensure said fish would be cooked according to expert culinary guidelines...

Yani,
