Navigator paddle keeper location
given my propensity to over analyze.......does anybody have any firsthand experience in exactly where to locate a bungie paddle keeper on a Cobra Navigator XF? There is a little depression on the sides near the back of the seat well and I am not sure how that would affect proper alignment/operation and do not wish to drill holes until I am sure. (Yah I know, prolly take me only a few seconds to find out). Dicks sells a pair of them for $15.95 that allows for using well nuts, nuts/bolts, or rivets. I really only want it on one side as the other has a full length anchor trolley.

automatic stow and deploy position
Put it where you can reach it with minimal or little effort on the side with the least amount of attached gadgets. That way you can stow and deploy your paddle in the dark or with your eyes closed without having to think much about it. In the future, you may have to stow/deploy your paddle in a hurry.
