Anybody know this goon?

Jeff Markland whom Captains the T'Bird out of San Pedro shared this post of a friend of his recently on Facebook, thought i'd pass along the info so this bastard can be caught... Here is the post:

"Poachers Busted! My neighbor found a GoPro Hero 4 buried in a ball of seaweed and kelp and gave it to me to hopefully find its owner. The card was still there, so I looked through the footage hoping to recognize someone I knew. The card revealed a night dive, the guy stealing from local lobster traps. If you see this guy tell him I have his GoPro and wont give it back until he pays for the lobster he stole and beg for mercy from the local fisherman who do this for a living, lawfully. The GoPro must have broke off during his daring and skillful lobster hunt..."

Per his selfie, looks like he was staying out of Surf and Sand there in Laguna.. Please if you know him, do the right thing and have him turn himself in to DFW or shoot Don Leach a message on Facebook, he has the guys go pro..
