Back in the game!
After almost 2 years of not owning a kayak, I finally broke down. '08 Malibu x-13 with Seat, paddle, fishfinder, and bait tank for $350. Glad to be back, but I see not much has changed.
FYI: Despite the lack of reports, cold water, and lack of bait, more yellowtail showed themselves in La Jolla this week than has been seen below the border in a long time. The people not catching were the ones asking for reports from the guys on the water catching them. To those of you with ambition to try, good luck to you and see you on the water. To the rest of the game, just keep reading. The secret to yellowtail in la jolla: |
