BNB 2013 attendees please read
Here is some information you need to know for the event.
1. Beer at all breweries in Vista must be consumed inside the building. It can't be brought outside. It is a city ordinance and the owners can be fined. 2. You can't have beer you brought in the parking lot. The police/sheriff treats all beer glass as though it came from Aztecs taps and they can be fined or worse. Besides they were nice enough to brew us beer and let us use their facility. 3. The beers at Aztec are $4 and $5 a pint depending on which you choose. If you purchase a pint glass for $5 they fill it and all beers after that are $1 off. The Seriola Sunrise will be a $4 beer, with a souvineer glass $3 a pint! 4. We will have water, Coke, Pepsi and Capri Sun for your little ones. 5. Their will be two raffles. The white ticket raffle will be for fishing related items. The red ticket raffle will be for non fishing. We will have a list for each raffle detailing items. Raffle tickets are, 1 for $2, 3 for $5, 8 for $10 and 20 for $20. 6. The silent auction will have bid sheets for each item. We have started the bids at very reasonable prices. To make it easy we have followed other charitable auctions we've been to and set incremental bid increases. The bid increases are adjusted to the value of the auction item. When you see the sheet it will be easy to understand. Should you choose, you may "Jump" the bid and bid higher than the next bid increase. 7. There will be a casting contest. I have a spinning rod we can use with a Yum money hound top water. It has a good weight to it and it won't damage the Hobie tank well. 1 point if you hit in the tank well, 3 points if you put it in the hatch. 3 tries and the highest total wins. If there is a tie there will be a cast off. 9. After the casting contest feel free to play bean bag toss and have any wagers you want (no streaking if you lose please). 10. BBQ is from 1:00 to 3:00 or until food runs out . Raffle sales from 1:00 to 3:00 Raffle drawing stops at 3:00, must be present to win Silent auction ends at four, must present to win Cash, check or credit cards can be used raffle or auction. Cash is prefered for the raffle please. We have a square reader for credit cards but cash will be easier please. 10. We have over $7000 worth of raffle, auction and give aways! We are looking forward to putting on a fun event for all us. 100% of the proceeds will go the the American Heart Association. We ask for your patience as this is our first event.
