Kayak Paddling should not hurt

If you're a Kayak paddler and your day ends with your shoulders or wrists hurting then you are doing something wrong. Here are a coupld of videos that can help you keep from hurting, and get more out of your time on the water.

Using the Push/ pull technique will take a lot of stress off your joints and muscles. Believe me it can make a difference.

Sometimes with paddling it's got to hurt a little to be good, and as far as I'm concerned half the responses here are gay, but certainly some are more gay then others.

Great videos. I had seen most of those before I got my kayak and even after I used all those techniques I was left with some soreness, obviously something was up. So I watched this video and went with this method, and guess what.... NO MORE SORE SHOULDERS!!! I land on the beach completely painless in my entire upper body!
