Freshwater Fishing SoCal
Any rivers or lakes that are semi isolated or undeveloped in southern California or do I need to travel north for that?
I have an interest in fishing in some more "out-doorsy" areas. Cheers edit: When I say southern California I mean anywhere really from the Mexican border up to the high desert (mammoth is too far for a day trip IMO) Last edited by SoCalEDC; 10-22-2019 at 03:13 PM. |

Maybe Loveland. You’ve got to hike to get in. Nothing crazy less developed than most in SD.

There are several lakes in San Diego areas.
The Irvine lake is open to surf fishing (no boats). Dimond Valley Reservoir should be open. Just do some research on Google Maps. Tight lines, and please post if you go. |
