Giant Tuna from a Kayak

Just got back from Texas after a visit to the Family and some outstanding light line fishing for record class Bluefin.

You guys should definitely check them out:

Its kinda like fishing out of the kids trout pond...no thanks. 90% of the fishing experience is about the hunt the other 10% is catching them after you found them.

With this great weather today I decided to cut out of work early and launch about 1pm. If anyone wants to join me I'll be serving champagne on the water....but with plastic cups - sorry.

Oh - which champagne you ask: Champagne les Mesnil Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru.

Are you suggesting it's not a real or valid method of catching record size fish?
