Can Dreams Come True?
Chili Verde Lobster Stacked in Sopes Topped with Goat Cheese
This lobster recipe didn't come from the movie "Inception". But one morning a while back, I woke up with this thought in my head: I'm going make lobster with Chili Verde and Goat Cheese and stack it inside a Mexican Sope. The next night, a kayaking buddy dropped by some lobsters. With his freezer full of vacuumed bagged lobster tails he didn't have anymore room... But I knew, he just wanted to brag. Hell, who am I to argue with the Universal Law of Attraction? |

So Yani, what do I have that you want, which will buy me a seat at your dinner table one of these days?
In contrast, my dinner tonight was pizza from Costco that my wife brought home. She called it convenient. I call it cardboard. Bob |

Note to self:
Always eat dinner before going on BWE. Otherwise I end up licking my computer monitor. |

Damn, Yani...
You may not get to fish as often as you'd like these days, but you sure eat well. And if it's not obvious---I miss you.
