Doheny Picking Up
I was thinking the same thing about how few people post reports anymore. Well I have a report to give and maybe we can get folks sharing again.
I have not been out in several months so it was nice to get on the water again and have a little fun. Fished Doheny beach area in 8-15 feet of water. Have several good hits and was able to bring in 2 Halibut. A highlight of the morning was a Thresher Shark that rose up next to my kayak while I was pulling up a Sardine. He gracefully swam up, inhaled the bait and took off. I had him on for a few second and then bye bye shark He jumped up out of the water about 15 feet away from me, probably irritated at the small treble hook in his mouth Did not get any of that on video unfortunately. Here is a record of the morning https://youtu.be/PbC9_cQthWM Thanks David
