Oregon
Fort Ord looks like it could be very good . Morning or late afternoon it’s a protected area . Many sea mounts to fish . Local commercial guy said bottom/rock fish lings and crab . Bandon 14 miles north , absolutely ripping surf

Oregon
Hi I was on vacation with my wife to meet up with brother in law and his wife . It was a sad reunion. Sister-in-law has Stage 4 cancer, but great to see her >> pretty tuff lady . Oregon is a beautiful state on Mid to Southern end . Port Ordfort looks to a great place to fish . Sheltered from wind , early and late in the day. I was told it’s great paddle boarding kayaking . There a surf break south of my hotel >> hotel was great and dog friendly by the way . Almost zero wave action on launching beach early or late . Toured a highway next too Sinilaw River salmon trolling fish was the game , I was a few kayaks two hobies . Stopped use rest room next to River/lake impoundment. Talked with older guy , launching his bass boat. He said it’s bass crappie salmon perch fish . I asked him what he was after , his reply was all the above listed . He said he try’s fishing EVERYDAY! . Going to make a road trip with my hobie pro12 .
