This thing creeped me out a first!
Was fishing San Diego Bay recently when I saw what appeared to be a ghostly white Coyote overlooking the water. Has anyone else seen it or know what it is for? It stood motionless and I eventually figured out it was a stuffed animal or a statue or something like that.

So that's where it went. We had four of them and two came up missing. Thought they got blown in the water one day when it was very windy. I guess somebody decided to move one of them out there as a joke or something.
We use them to help keep the seagulls and other birds off the piers. They work really good, but you have to move them around frequently or the birds get wise. They use to look more life like, but their color faded over the last two years being out in the sun. |

saw that as I was pedaling up to the shoal and videoed it until I realized it was fake. Thought it was gonna pounce on something.
