WTB - Hobie Mirage ST Turbo Fin replacement
Hey y'all, I tried to launch from La Jolla shores yesterday and had a drive malfunction while trying to break thru the waves, and then flipped right in front of a bunch of spectators!
Got back to shore and noticed one of the turbo fins is gone, probably snapped off when the drive malfunctioned. Thanks to the folks who helped me recover a few floating items, pls a video documenting my epic dunking... Anyone has a spare ST Turbo fin that is willing to part? Any color will do, PM me please! Thanks! Alfsteur |

If the mast broke, the fin would have remained attached by the tension adjusting screw. Did the tension screw back off? That happened to me once in 250ft of water -- fun peddling back on one flipper.

Luckily the mast pole is intact, just lost the fin... looks like the tension screw is loose.
