Red tide rockfishing La Jolla
Lots of other kayakers out on the water, saw one guy back at the beach with a nice bonito. How did other people do? I stuck with bottom fishing and did well with rockfish. Blog post link below.

Thanks for the report, gorgeous fish. I'm going to try and get out there later this week and hopefully get into both bonito
and rockfish. |

Great report Ben, the mouth on that pinkrose rockfish was really wierd in the IG picture.

Yeah it was particularly knobby as far as rockfish go.
