Seal Beach Naval Weapons station.

I spoke with the public affairs Officer yesterday.
In one year they hope to have the new channel open to boat traffic and if it looks ok after a safety study they are hoping to let kayaks use it. Hopefully in two years we can go right out and fish the rocks!

If add electric power you can use it now . Just vessel numbers

With a Bixpy and a vessel number I can use the channel now?
Anyone gone out that way yet? What's out there and what to target?
