Dana Point, 09-20 evening...

Headed out after work last night around 4pm, bait was nice, water was 72.8, wind was up and it was a bit choppy outside, but manageable.

Hit the pipeline fly lining a sardine and sending one to the deck. The fly lined setup did very well, missed a few, got three calicos to the yak, decent size but not legal. The bottom rig got a sheepshead, might have been legal but released it.

Didn't want to sit out on the pipeline in the chop, in the dark so headed back into the harbor for three spotties and a sand bass. Not a bad evening...
