Eastern Sierra Trout Season Opens Saturday
The Eastern Sierra Tour Opener is this Saturday...
 The Ice on Silver Lake broke up last week and the boats and dock look ready for the Trout Opener... I have three two week reservations for a campsite this Summer in May/June, July, and Aug/Sept... Come on up and enjoy some Crawdads...!!!

I'll be taking the yak up next weekend to Silver Lake. Any tips/advice? Also any tips for the crawfish traps?

For me the small rapala countdowns and small jig head tubes do great but anything should catch them. As far as traps, I get them but not in huge quantities. Have yet to find a good spot.
