La Poma, mako-ville

Restaurante La Poma at Campo Turistico, 8 miles
NORTH of Gonzaga Bay was FULL of gringos last
night. The mako-ville group put Clementina and
her crew through the hoop last night. 19 of us sat
down to a fantastic dinner of chicken asada tacos.

As usual Clementina out did our expectations. Dinner
was World Class. Tonight the menu will include brats,
and steak tacos with all the trimmings. Anticipation is
running high.

Fishing today almost everyone is on the water. Two
tin boats with 4 anglers, two Scout 365's one Solo Skif
f and assorted kayaks. About an hour ago we got a
radio report from Dave Sivak that there was a school
of corvina on the high spot about 2 miles off Punta
Bufeo.

Might be fish tacos for lunch one afternoon soon. I
expect to sea 22 hungry anglers at La Poma for dinner
tonight.

Have I made you HUNGRY for a trip to paradise yet?
Plan your trip to ANYWHERE in our lovely Baja. Get
out there and just do it. Come on down, the water is
FINE. Best time to fish BAJA is write NOW.
