Solo Skiff for Sale
Hello everyone...
I am selling my Solo Skiff. Purchased new from OEX in May. Have only had it for about 3 months now. I'd say less than 10 trips. I really love this thing, and I'm a little hesitant to sell it, but I have just purchased a boat and my wife pulled the ".... too many toys" card on me. It's really much easier to launch from a ramp or from the shores, but just can't win on this one. Here's the run down.... -Skiff -6hp Mercury -Gas Tank -Trailer modified with wood bunks to hold the full length of the skiff -Lowrance Hook2-5 Tripleshot (w/ Sidescan) - 2 months hold. Has some spots marked. -New 12v battery in watertight container -Fold down boat seat mounted to storage hatch -2 rod holders -Hobie rubber mesh gear net -paddle (really helps docking, loading, pushing kelp, or if you run out of gas) -fish hold mod to push fresh water up into hold while moving. can be capped off to shed weight. Good for bait or keeping catch fresh without ice. I just got the trailer used from a friend. It's a little rusty, but reliable and works well. Has new lights. Registration is still in his name, so might make more sense that it goes from him to you. Registration is current on boat and trailer. I'm asking $3500 I'll give you the individual numbers if you like, but Solo Skiff costs are pretty much fixed at $1850+tax. You can check cost on motors and trailers, and the Lowrance. I'm well over $4k with tax and a few small extras. This whole package basically saves you a lot of time if you want to go fish without having to collect everything. if you are interested, please use the link to email me instead of the private message. That's a totally fair comparison. Motor power vs. Man power.
