DFW WSB Public input Meetings

The DFW and Sea Grant have scheduled three meetings for the public to get some information on the recent SAC review of our WSB program.
We pay for this hatchery program with our purchases of the salt water stamp that we buy with our fishing license. There is legislature that supports this expense and for this reason the Department wants to know what we want from this OREHP Program and what direction we want it to go.
Do we want to grow and release WSB only and continue the program or add Halibut to the grow-outs or just stop the program...?
It's our decision and the Department wants us to speak out.
Please attend one or all of these meetings if you are interested and express your opinion...
I know they are on a weeknight but at least they are afterwork for most folks.

If you need more info before the meetings please contact me as I'm the alternate recreational chair for OREHP and the CCA WSB Committee head as well as a long time volunteer at the WSB grow-out in Redondo Beach.
