Islander Spots Still Available- This Weekend

We've got 4 spots available on this weekend's mothership trip to San Clemente Island. If you haven't been on one of these trips it's a must do. Stateroom accommodations, great food, cold beer and an awesome place to fish from a kayak. The trips are day and a half so the boat leaves friday night and arrives at the island by sun up saturday morning. Fish all day saturday and pull out after dark. Back in point loma early sunday morning. Jump on it now, two of the three remaining trips are sold out. $285 (619) 758-9531 for reservations.

Read up older reports from those trips to get an idea about the gear...

...and get some inspiration

Does the Islander depart from San Diego at 7 p.m. or 10 p.m. Sorry in advance if this seems like a stupid question

Still two spots left for this weekend guys, fishing's been good at SCI this week. Private boaters reporting white seabass and yellowtail, plus there's always the insane bass fishing, halibut and sheephead.

Sanner- the boat tries to pull out before 10. We recommend getting to the landing around 6 to start loading up.
