Fn Shark attack

I just got a call from the group of six who had booked my October East Cape trip. They just canceled because of the shark attack up here. Are you Friggin kidding me! I have been telling people this trip was full for weeks.
So if interested in our trip to Punta Colorada in October 3-8 please let me know, I have six spots available.

Wow, that's lame. Good opportunity for other people to get on this trip though!

Call it a hunch Jim, but I suspect you just avoided a real pain in the ass trip.

When someone calls asking if they should bring wire leaders, you'll know you've got the right crowd.

Was payment not refundable?

You missed out. Beautiful day at LJ.

One of those Deep Purple Gray Lights:

Lots of kayakers...

At one point I thought everyone was there.

I must say... and I'll just say,

there were sharks at LJ today.

Honest.

I was at La Jolla kayak Friday morning. People were calling in to cancel their cave tours. OK maybe I can buy that one. If you cancelling a fishing trip due to a shark attack MORE THAT 1000 MILES AWAY FROM WHERE YOU'D BE FISHING!!! TAKE UP GOLF !!!!!!!!!!

The cost of our trips is about $1100 for five nights and four days of fishing.
This includes your room, based on double occupancy
All meals
kayak rental
panga support, four kayaks per support boat
live bait
bottled water on the boat
boat captains tip
video of trip
Air, transfers and guide tip not included.

On another note
Anyone flown Volaris airlines out of TJ. http://www.volaris.com.mx/
I just checked rates for a flight to Cabo and it is cheap. They have a new fleet of planes and even have a shuttle from down town San Diego to the TJ airport for only $15.
Wish I had known about them before I got my tickets on Alaska, it is half the price, and Aero Mexico, which I normally fly, is through the roof right now.
If anyone is interested in joining us in the East Cape for our July or October trips this seems like the way to go, when I priced tickets yesterday it was only $266 round trip to Los Cabos.
Curious if anyone has flown with them yet.
