Gonzaga on the Fly Poll
OK, due to work testing schedules, I am going to be in Mako-ville before noon on October 14th and I have to leave on the 17th. For the cooking that I usually do, which typically involves 10-12 hours in the smoker - my dinner will need to happen on the 15th or 16th.
Now, what to make - for the first time ever I am going to leave it up to the participants of this trip with a poll. If you wont be there on the 15th or 16th don't vote. So what shall it be? Last edited by Baja_Traveler; 09-14-2017 at 11:19 AM. |
