Great rods. I have one and just grabbed a backup. Now I just need to find another Curado 300ej for it on sale.

Yea, description says casting and model number TZCWX80MHSR the C stands for casting.

Thanks amigo, tuh-ma-to, Ta-mah-toe may be young at age, but old at heart. All this new age stuff is for the birds. Give me Pole, and string I fish

Guess i should break into the question of actual performance of a Conventional Reel on a Spinning Rod and vice versa ... But that can wait for another day ha, thanks again for the response.
