34 miles on the colorado River Veteran's Day Weekend
My wife and I slapped this trip together at the last minute and had one of the best adventures of our lives. Not a ton of fishing but super scenic and fun camping, after camping overnight at Walter's Camp, day one we paddled the 14 miles to 4-S Camp. This would be on my top 5 best campsites ever, went for a swim and had it all to ourselves until a little before sundown. next night we got super lucky and got the last site at Taylor Lake and it was the closest to the launch. Last day was 12 miles to Fisher's Landing where my truck was waiting as we had it shuttled down. We managed to stuff everything we needed in and on our Jackson Kraken 13s. We had hot food and cold drinks the whole time. Lots of wild burros Hee Hawing and coyotes howling and yipping. Watch yer food at Taylor as the raccoons came through in the middle of the night, luckily we had been warned by another camper.
Here is a slide show we put together, I have a bunch of video I will edit too. Bucket list trip for sure!

That's was awesome Andy! Great pics, music and trip. And that's my kind of woman, literally, and our kind of trip. Julie's the only woman I've met who loves the outdoors, fishing, being on the water and roughing it as much as I do. It looks like your wife is the same way. Looks like a great time
