Hobie Warranty Experience
I purchased a 2014 Pro Angler off of Craigslist a few months back and the second trip out the seat cleat pushes through the deck. Now I'm feeling worried that I just threw away 3k on an unsafe kayak. I contacted Hobie and was advised to file a warranty claim through the nearest dealer. Less than a week later, Hobie hooked me up with a 2016 Pro angler!! I am so happy Hobie not only stands by their products, they exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service.. Thank you Hobie. Thank you Nomad Ventures Temecula for processing my claim so quickly..

That's typical! Glad you got it taken care of.
