Wow
Yanni
Perfect timing. I was just telling my mother in law about the benefits of cooking whole fish and this recipe is so simple yet looks delicious. I like that you incorporated seasonal produce! Question: When working with other rockfish species(say Boccaccio, reds or even sculpin) is there any other care or prep needed to prepare the fish for the grill? In the case of sculpin, I'm guessing removing the spines? Thanks as always for the amazing ways to prepare our catches and see you Sat! Todd |

last week we ended up having to come in early and had a dozen mackerel left. I marinaded them and grilled them over charcoal later that day and they were delicious! |
