Pesca, I just checked the wind speed at TP glider port, its gusting to 20 and steady @ 16 from the west, 830pm. Its usually calm by now...

Wind forcasts don't really show it letting up until early morning, then it'll be
from the south.

I'm betting very choppy conditions in the morning...

I have no problem going out in the rain, but bad wind will kill any possible enjoyment.

I agree, with Patrick, you are already in the water and the rain really doesn't bother me while on the water, but the wind can be a real drag...literally. So...I will stay at home for now .

Not a fun launch this morning. The wind died down, but there was big chop
and some thumper set. I took a couple in the chest and a couple in the head.

Even with water proof gear, I was drenched. Then the wind kicked in...

...and the bite seems to have died.

I had a soccer game last night and put my phone on silent. I was up until 1 putting all my gear together, had the alarm set for 430...still on silent...just wasn't meant to be today
