Penn fathom lever drags

My old TLD 15 has about had it. So time for a new lever drag. I'm liking the look and reviews of the Penn fathom 2 speed lever drags.

Are any of you using these reels? Any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

I just recently got mine it's the 25n 2 speeds.. I haven't used it lol but of the bat it's super light compared to my Penn 4/0. I pretty much just jig and with the fathom 25n it's gonna make things much easier. My brother has a fathom 15 2 speed and he has nothing but great things to say about it!

I was introduced to this reel by David Thiessen. I bought a Fathom FTH15LD2 2-speed based on his recommendation of the Fathom 15 single speed.

The 15 has 20 pounds of drag and is easy to maintain.

I prefer a lever drag (vs. star) for slow trolling a bait while kayaking.

I will save my Trinidads for fishing a little higher off the water.
