Would like some edvice !

Thinking about going kayak fishing this weekend but since the yellowtail have been really a hit or miss lately we are thinking about going out for some big halibut, where should we go? My guess is try to catch bait or buy it. Thanks for reading. Lanch date 3/13/16

Short morning weather windows for this weekends fishing prospects. Be sure to check the forecast before you go.

Hit or miss yellow fishing will almost ALWAYS be a better bet than nailing a "big" halibut. San Diego bay might be your best option to deal with possible weekend winds while also catching a halibut.

Lots of info here: http://www.bigwatersedge.com/bwevb/search.php

I've always wanted to be the first one to say that.
