Angry LA JOLLA 2/13

Well no fish this weekend. Took my lady out for the first time though. She launched like a champ, landing wasn't too bad. She did flip at the end, but its a story we have to remember. Glad she went with me to hang out. Only second time on a kayak, so proud of her.

Did have an experience with a local wildlife though. Sea lion pup kept coming up on my PA . Got annoying after about 15 mins. . Almost put a hook through his nose and used him for shark bait

I bet your girl thought it was "cute"

I know my wife would have loved to see that.

Now for your fishing buddies, get ready for their wrath ........

I had a little pup trying climb on my boat yesterday also. Had to smack him in the head. To make him stop trying to climb aboard. Was slow for us also. Managed one wsb between two of us.

You must be a closet PETA member er somthin'......giving kayak rides to seals eh ?

If it were me, I wouldda slit my wrist, leaving a blood trail and booted his little backside off my yak when the TaxMan showed up.

But I'm pretty tough tho, so .....just sayin'.

Sounds like fun. Too bad the seals learn early to harass us.
