Holiday BBQ: Thanks La Jolla!
I've got some white sea bass thanks to the latest
bite, but thanks to Manny and Seaquinn, I've got some yellowtail too. Here's a meal completed in the absence of a kitchen (thank God for charcoals), Yellowtail Steaks and Baby Octopus Recipe: EASY! Add Salt/Pepper, Hot sauce, Lime juice, Olive Oil into a bag of yellowtail steaks and baby octopus (frozen, Ranch 99). Yellowtail steaks first on the HOT grill. Flip steaks after 1-2 minutes, now add octopi on the grill. 1-2 minutes later--DONE. From the grill immerse fish and octopus into 1 cup of baste comprised of: Lime juice (2parts)/olive oil (1part)/salt, pepper. Place on platter, pour remaining baste and serve. |
