Your go to for YT when you can't make bait

Just a quick question. What is your favorite trolling lure for YT if you can't make bait? I had a guide suggest a rapala x-rap 15 or 20. I bought one of each and tried the 15 when I ran out of macs. It didn't get bit and was a bit of a workout to keep it up to speed. Has anyone else had success with this? What else do you troll? I prefer trolling as it allows me to cover more ground when I'm not marking schools.

They are easier to troll because the lip is narrower than the Xrap. Have had good luck with the dorado and bonita patterns. 7"

I don't know about using it with kayak due to lower speed; but with a slow motorized boat, My go to is,

Salas 6X jr. particularly in scrambled egg color. White and blue plus white and mint is great too.
