Baitcasters/Round Reels in Left Hand
What reels do you like in left handed to handle the yellowtails?
Abu Garcia NACL, Lexa 400, Okuma Komodo, Shimano Calcutta 401 TE, Avet anything else? I sold my trinidad because it is right handed so looking for left handed options. |

I haven't tried the reels you list. I caught a yellowtail on the citrix 351 (Komoto's 351 brother). It's become my go to reel for most fishing.
IMO.

So the citrix is the same line capacity as the komodo? How big was the yellow? Did you get the rooster tail on the citrix also?

I have a Abu Garcia NACL 60 on a Volatile 8ft MH rod and I love it, I haven't hooked a YT yet and I say yet, but have pulled in some bigger size fish with it and it handled great. If I hook a YT tomm on it I'll let you know
