Humminbird Helix 5 or Garmin Echo 551dv anyone using these?
Well I've been on a search for a long time for a new fish finder. I've looked at everything from lowrance to dragonfly and Hbirds. I really don't care to spend more then $400. Anything I get will be an improvement I'm tired of looking at different size cookie cutter fish on my finder. I have a 15% off code at Austin kayaks and was looking at this one.
http://www.austinkayak.com/products/...som-Mount.html I also found this on amazon http://www.amazon.com/Garmin-Echo-55...min+echo+551dv If you run a Hbirds Helix 5 or Garmin echo 551dv I'd like to hear your thoughts on the unit. Thanks Last edited by 619-SWIM-DOG; 01-08-2015 at 10:21 AM. |

With the recent discovery of the Dragonfly 4 coming out for $300, I think that's where most guys are going to go now. My wife better get that for my Bday next month, and not more socks and underwear like Christmas!!
