New Hobie livewell XL
The brand new Hobie Livewell XL keeps livebait and tournament limits lively throughout the day. With brand new features like a magnetic switch, water level adjustment and removable inner lining wall this livewell has been taken to the next level. More information to come.

So far so good. Looks like they addressed some common issues with prior tank. Love the 2 water level feature. Now how much more is this going to cost than prior tank. Have a feeling it's going to be 400 which it will deter many from purchasing.

11 gallons = roughly 88 pounds. have fun
complete overkill. gonna be 400 plus adding two (at most...lame) rod holders is gonna be another 40.

I am going to need a Tandem Island to haul that tank and my wife around. Looks kind of wide. Is is designed for the PA? Wonder what else it will fit.

Not just the PA, But the PA 17 T(tandem version).... that way your wife can help peddle the 88 pound tank, and watch you fish.

You got that right! Right now we go almost every weekend in a tandem Outback. It is a good thing we are not large people, even without a bait tank I am loaded down. Getting older and the Tandem Island with sail looks attractive. I am sure if I had one, in no time at all it would look like a cross between Mad Max and Water World.

It will fit the PA's and can assume also that it should fit the outback. Looks like the color will not change till next year.
