Puerto Penasco?

I was heading down to Rocky Point, Sonoyta Mexico, and staying at one of the hotels down there for a few days. I was defiantly bringing surf rods, and then thought about bringing the kayak with. I've never gone down to mexico with a kayak, and its been years since I took a small boat down to L.A. Bay with my pops as a kid. Any Tips, Pointers, or recommendations about bringing the kayak with? I was looking into Mexican fishing licences, I read you need one to fish from vessels, but not from shore. I'm guessing the kayak counts as a vessel.
Any input would be great thanks.

Get your Mexican Fishin license, take your kayak and enjoy the fishing, bring lots of sun screen, a long sleeve shirt, your hat and tackle. Do NOT forget your sun glasses or safety equiptment. Have FUN!!!!! ENJOY paradise.
