All the recipes are great. Chris (ctfphoto) killed this competition with numerous great entries. I can't wait to try some of these great recipes.

Nice recipes Chris. I see that you put in as much time in the kitchen as you do catching your fish.
Im not a big BBQ sauce fan but your other recipes look pretty awesome. T-Rex, thanks for sharing your ideas for the Barracuda. It is a tasty fish that often gets overlooked. I usually only make tacos with the meat but will definitely give your recipes a try.
