Launched 6:30 to glassy conditions though by 7:00 the wind came out of the southwest added to the out going tide I was moving pretty good. Tried fishing the docks but with the wind and tide it was impossible so made my way to the flats and picked up a 12" spottie and was at the bridge in no time parked up against the rocks and fished the area for a 1/2 hour a side with only one good bite that buried itself in the rocks. By then there were white caps tried a couple drifts with one 10" spottie. The wind was not slowing any and I threw in the towel and paddled back to OEX against the tide and wind was a great work out. Of the water at 11:00. Bait of the day was the Z man new penny diped in Uni Butter short but fun day on the water
