NPH/Corona Del Mar 3/16
It was a beautiful day to be out fishing and I guess other kayak fishermen thought the same. I saw maybe a dozen of us out there today. Fished around 175-190' deep for handful of dinky rockfish but managed to keep a few for dinner. Saw few whales passing by and one of them sneaked up on me and sacred the heck out of me haha
Beautiful day out! |

Nice. Me n my buddies was out there as well. It was a beautiful day and the fishes were biting with decent Size that we pulled up. Between the 5 of us, we manage to pull up 30 fish that day at newport beach.

There was a crapload of whales out there that day. I had one cruse right under me and another breach 10 yards off my bow. It was the coolest thing I have seen in years.
Caught a couple of keepers to top off the day. |

We were out there too, launched pretty late (10am) so we had a tough bite.
Ran into the Grey Whales as well, pretty rad!
