Hook Em and Cook Em March Submissions
Post em here. Must have 1 photo showing what you harvested, also must show at least a part of your kayak. Second photo is what you prepared. Aside from the 2 required photos you can add whatever you want, video, recipe, story behind the catch or the dish. These have to be current to the month of March.
This goes through the end of the last day of February and voting will follow from April 1-3. Winner will be announced April 3rd at 10PM.You can only win this contest one time, but within the month you can submit as many times as you like. Raise the bar, then raise it again! Im sure Yani has this in the bag but ill try to take a couple of votes.
1. Catch a White Sea Bass 2. lay out foil 3. cover in olive and sesame oil, seasoning, green onion, avocado, and lime juice. 4. seal in foil and cook on the grill till ready, add grilled veggies to complete the dinner. 5. Enjoy |

Nick,
Again, it was more than wonderful meeting you. You catching that WSB by yourself, all alone, was an amazing feat!! Especially since you let me and everyone else know that the sea bass are in. Really, you are the trigger for this year's WSB season. You deserve the win this month. I've never cooked avocado before, but, I'll willing to try after seeing your post. Only, after I'm fortunate enough to catch a grey ghost. Thanks again. See on the water soon. (My dad's name was Nick. He lived til 104. Hope you do the same...) |
