IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE for the Rockfish Derby

Due to a lot of confliction in peoples schedules. The Rockfish Derby will be condenced down to a ONE DAY event. Check the schedule below.
We also will be asking anglers to donate their catch for a fish fry for the award ceremony.

Friday 2/28
6pm-8pm: Captain meeting and Check-in @ Marlin Club - San Diego
2445 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego CA 92106
Saturday 3/1
4:30am-6:00am : Last minute check in for boaters @ Marlin Club - San Diego.
Kayaks can check in at La Jolla Shores
6:00am : Lines in the water
3:00pm : Deadline to Weigh-in

2:00 PM Food and Drinks will begin being served at the Marlin Club San Diego
4:00 PM Start of the Award Ceremony and Raffle Drawings

You better go yank up your fliers. I saw a few people grabbing them at Squidco. How many boaters have signed up so far and how many yaks?

Question

Does that cancel out any launching from DP? Also, is the Captains meeting just at The Marlin Club?

You can launch at DP if you want...yes, the captains meeting is at The Marlin Club, kayakers can also check in at LJ


If you have a specific issue with making the captains meeting, let me know and I'll work with ya
