Lowrance question

For all you fish finder pros out there. What's the difference between the Elite-4, Elite-4Gold, Elite-4 HDI?

Gold refers to navionics gold package for more gps detail. HDI combines sonar and down scan imaging along with better resolution display.

So why is the HDI cheaper than the DSI I'd the HDI has DSI plus more?

Wth there's a 4hdi? That explains the big rebate on the dsi right now.
